What you need

• A Mac. Stage has no web version. If you are on Windows or on your phone, save this page and come back at your desk.
• Stage, from getstage.co. Free to download and free to start.
• A ChatGPT or Claude account. These are the two integrations available right now, and Stage runs every AI step through the one you connect.
• An AI coding tool to receive the export. Claude Code, Codex or Cursor all work.
• A one-paragraph brief of the website or app you want to build.
• Optional: a Vercel account if you want to publish at the end.
